2) Please talk about your standout products and service and why do buyers should trust your brand? What are the Key Markets for Edimax Pro range of products? And which market segment has responded well to your products? 

Edimax has a prodigious category of networking products which are not only sumptuously designed but satisfy the connectivity needs of any networking architecture or application for home and business.

Recently Edimax has announced a couple of new innovative product range including new range of PoE+ switches specially designed for surveillance projects to reach POE distance upto 200/300 meters and support QoS & VLAN functions with hardware manage series of Switches and PoE+ extenders. Edimax Pro series products are specially designed to deliver key performance and a set of niche features with a mix of portfolio to deliver project in very cost effective manner. Apart from Edimax Pro, we have recently delivered Air Quality monitoring eco system which is an exclusive air-quality detection system. It helps in protecting you from increasingly dangerous levels of pollution level PM2.5 along with it can detect temperature and humidity.

 Digital India initiative has led to increased Digitization and a step towards developing smart cities. In order to cater that IT industries are wagering more on networking solutions .Thus we see a great potential in healthcare, banking and education verticals across India.

3) Can we talk about the Key strategies that drive your sales and customer acquisition potential?

Edimax has been in this industry for over 3 decades now and has grown to be one of the world’s leading manufacturers of advanced network communication products across the world. We have continuously tried to bring superior technology which is designed; developed and manufactured dedicatedly.

We don’t follow any specific strategy for sales and customer acquisition but simply try & understand the needs of our customers and fulfil it by providing superior technology. If the product will be efficient and innovative enough, sales will follow. So, our complete focus is on efficient and innovative developments and increased customer satisfaction.

4) With mobility driven businesses and penetration of 4k video content, how does Edimax plan to keep up with the pace?

Edimax Pro series is well designed for 4K video demands and it is able to cater such content over Wi-Fi to large audience in high concurrency. We are expecting to introduce Wave 2 range of Edimax Pro in India which is recently announced by Edimax HQ at Taipei. Seamless mobility, BYOD and roaming without AP Controller license fee or recurring fee is most valued and accepted feature over SI community.

5) With iteration of the Digital-Crony government being ubiquitous, where Internet and its associated services are to play an instrumental role, what are Edimax strategies to join this digital league? 

Digital India mission is a great initiative with a vision to transform India into a digitally empowered economy. It ensures that all the govt. services are available to the citizens electronically via internet and in order to cater that we have introduced Edimax pro series.

Edimax pro series has some profound products like AP, PoE switches and AirBox under the category of smart city smarter citizen category etc. providing fast, customizable, easy to manage and secured network. In order to support the mission, Edimax Pro capable to provide high-performance, feature-rich wireless LAN management that’s cost-effective, flexible and fully scalable for the demands of medium-to large size enterprise, education and hospitality environments.

6) Your view, comments or predictions on the market.

In the digitized scenario, we believe networking will continue to blanket the world. It has already become imperative in hospitality and education sectors and other organizations. In the upcoming time increased adoption of Artificial Intelligence, Smart city initiatives, cloud, the dire for improvements in mobile network infrastructure and demand for 5G network will be the major growth drivers for the networking industry.
