Global Tel Link (GTL) announced the release of the PPS-100. This new model of the GTL Payment Processing Station is designed for those customers needing a small-footprint device to process a variety of financial transactions quickly and securely.”When deployed as part of a comprehensive payment services solution, the Payment Processing Station allows staff members to process credit and debit card transactions on a PCI-compliant countertop device,” said Ronny Park, Senior Vice President of Payment Services at GTL. “Our customers have expressed their desire for a compact unit that is simple to install and easy to use, and the PPS-100 fits the bill perfectly.”
The PPS-100 is flexibly configurable to meet a wide variety of requirements for credit and debit card payment processing. Customers can place the unit at their payment windows, booking areas, or any other location where they need to accept and process a payment from a range of major brand credit and debit cards using a lightning-fast processor with a specially designed interactive user interface.
“This new and enhanced PPS-100 terminal can be deployed in any area where a cash deposit is not required,” said Ron Meadows, Payment Services Product Manager. “It’s ideally suited for facilities or agencies with limited office space that doesn’t allow for placement of a full-size payment kiosk.”

In the government market, the device can process court payments, probation and parole payments, utility payments, and general fines and fees.
